Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they haven't been dispatched. Contact us at +92 314 4155889 to request a cancellation.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only, processed within 3–5 business days of return approval.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and promotional purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
